We're taking workouts to the water with the new Circle Line x Crunch CruiseFit Series

A fitness experience on the Hudson River led by some of Crunch Fitness’ most elite instructors!

Boarding starts at 6:30, giving everyone a chance to find their spot, get hydrated, mix, mingle and stretch! The boats depart arond 7PM and your workout will kick off with a heart-pumping Zumba® vs. Hard Knocks Mashup class as we cruise toward the Statue of Liberty and then switch it up and sweat it out with a Pound® class on the way back to the pier.

While getting #CruiseFit, cool down with some specialty drinks and bites. We’re talking avocado toast and green juice margaritas.

CLASSES

Each cruise will host two classes of 30 minutes each -- just about how much time it will take to get to the Statue of Liberty. You’ll get your sweat on with these fun, fat-burning workouts straight from Crunch Fitness!

MASH-UP: ZUMBA® vs. HARD KNOCKS

Two of Crunch's hottest classes go toe-to-toe in this ultimate cardio workout! In one corner: Hard Knocks! That fuses the hard-hitting power of boxing with the booty-dropping swagger of hip-hop for one knockout dance party! In the other corner: ZUMBA® that combines hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves for a high energy, calorie blasting, total body dance based workout designed to tone your body from head to toe. Join us for this ultimate mash-up!

POUND®

Channel your inner performer and rock your body with this modern-day fusion of movement and music. Drum along to a slammin' soundtrack using Ripstix™ - weighted drumsticks designed to transform drumming into a kick-ass, fat burning, full body interval workout that will leave you dripping sweat.

  • Dockside Party: until around 9:00 PM
