Due to popular demand, our Halloween Pup Cruise is back and cuter than ever! Join us for the third Halloween Pup Cruise in Circle Line history, where you and your furry friend can enjoy a spook-tacular cruise to the Statue of Liberty at 12:00 PM!

Dress to Impress!

We invite all passengers—both human and canine—to don their best Halloween costumes! The most creative and original outfits will be rewarded with exciting prizes and tasty treats for dogs, generously sponsored by Raising Cane's.

Dance the Day Away!

During the 90-minute cruise, enjoy Halloween and dog-themed tunes played by our DJ. Dance with your dressed-up pup and let the festive music get everyone’s tails wagging.

Meet both dogs and puppies while learning about their no-kill mission and commitment to finding loving homes for all adopted pets. Plus, check out our dog costume cart on the Pier to find a perfect costume for your new best friend.

In support of this partnership, 100% of ticket sales will be donated to North Shore Animal League America to help save homeless animals.

Important Pup Cruise Details

  • Pawsitively Safe Waiver: All ticket holders, whether bringing a dog or not, must sign a Liability Waiver before boarding.

    Complete it here in advance to avoid delays.

  • Leashes Required: All dogs must be leashed and under owner control at all times.

  • Not That Kind of Poop Deck: We ask that dogs be walked before boarding, but if needed, a designated grass patch on Deck 2 is available.

  • Boarding Begins at 11:15 AM: Arrive early to board. We set sail at noon!

  • Mobile Adoption Until 2 PM: North Shore Animal League America will be at Pier 83 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, right next to the Circle Line Box Office.
