Latest COVID Notice

Consistent with NYC regulations, all of our excursions including regular sightseeing cruises, special cruises such as Bear Mountain, New Year's Eve, music cruises and private charters, require passengers to present proof of vaccine prior to boarding. The proof may be a vaccine card, a picture of your valid card, the NYC COVID Safe App, the Excelsior Pass app or an official immunization record from outside NYC or the U.S. but all proof must be accompanied by a valid ID. There are no exceptions for medical or religious reasons. Children under 12 are exempt; children between 12 and 18 must have proof but are not required to have a valid ID.

The new regulation also makes clear that a negative COVID test (PCR, rapid) cannot be used as substitute for proof of vaccination.

Finally, when passengers are inside the cabin and not eating or drinking, they must wear masks.
