Pre-Arrival Checklist

✔ What Pier Are You Departing From?
Ensure you're heading to the correct pier. Double-check your cruise confirmation email.

  • Pier 83: Best of New York, Landmarks, Liberty Midtown, Harbor Lights, Specialty Cruises, Seasonal Cruises.
  • Pier 16: Liberty Super Express, Statue at Sunset (seasonal).

✔ Save Your Tickets
Have your tickets ready—print them out or save them to your mobile device.

✔ Download the Translation App
Enhance your experience with guided audio tours in multiple languages. Download the app from the Google Play Store or Apple Store before arriving.

✔ Leave Prohibited Items Behind
Prohibited items include:

  • Weapons of any kind (including pocket knives and pepper spray)
  • Large luggage or suitcases

    • Public Transport: Take the A/C/E subway to 42nd Street-Port Authority and walk west to the pier.
    • Driving: Parking is available nearby—check our FAQ page for options.
    • Walking: Use Google Maps for step-by-step walking directions.

Pier 16

  • Address: South Street Seaport, New York, NY 10038
  • Directions:
    • Public Transport: Take the J/Z subway to Fulton Street or the 2/3 to Wall Street and walk to the pier.
    • Driving: Parking is available at nearby lots. Check FAQ page for details.
    • Walking: Use Google Maps for directions.

Accessibility

At Circle Line, we strive to make your experience as seamless as possible for all guests, including those with accessibility needs.

Pier 16 Accessibility

  • Guests using standard wheelchairs can access the first level of our vessels.
  • Guests using electric wheelchairs/scooters may not be able to board Liberty Super Express or Statue at Sunset cruises due to narrow gangways.

Pier 83 Accessibility

  • Guests using electric wheelchairs/scooters can board our vessels, as the gangways are wide enough to accommodate them.
  • Our marine team is available to assist with proper equipment for safe boarding and deboarding.

Note: Premier seating is only available on the 2nd or 3rd levels of our vessels and may not be wheelchair accessible.
